Shipping Policy

Everything You Need to Know

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING 

When your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email.  If after checking your spam or junk you have not received anything please contact us and we will check your order has come through.  

Once you order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number.

 

 ARRIVAL TIME

Local orders can take between 4-7 to arrive.  Interstate orders may take a little longer depending on location. 

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS 

$10 shipping within Australia only.  Due to size maximum 4 candles per order.   

 

Express Shipping is available Australia Wide for:

  • $14.95 for up to 3kgs,

  • $19.95 for 3.1-7kg,

  • $29.95 for 7.1kg+ up to a maximum of 8 candles

What are couriers does Candle and Soap Trading Company use?

We utilise a number of couriers including, but not limited to:

  • Australia Post 

  • Express Post

  • Aramex (formerly Fastway)

  • StarTrack

  • StarTrack Premium

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - COMING SOON! 

At this time, we haven't released our products internationally but plan to do so soon.   If you subscribe or send us an email, we will keep you posted.

Return Policy

A Few Short Steps

At Candle and Soap Trading Company we want you to love your purchase.  In the event that something has gone wrong please read our policies below.  

TERMS AND CONDITIONS - RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • Our items must be returned within 30 days 

  • Proof of purchase is required 

  • Our products must be unused and in a resalable condition

  • Our team will require photos of any items that arrive in less than perfect condition 

  • When contacting us please use the email address sales@candleandsoap.com.au and provide your online order number, full name, email address and contact information.  We will usually respond within one business day and advise next steps.  We do provide full refunds for faulty items.  

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS 

We want you to love our products and we do accept returns within 30 days of dispatch provided products are in an unused and in a resalable condition.  Please note shipping costs for returning items are at the customers expense.  We recommend using a registered shipping service and if you contact us with the order number and details of the item you would like to return we will be able to provide options.   Our return address is 41 Bayport Circuit, Mindarie Western Australia, 6030.  

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER 

To change or cancel an order please contact sales@candleandsoap.com.au as soon as possible with your order number and the details of your change. A member of our team will be in touch within 1 business day.   At Candle and Soap Trading Company we pride ourselves on dispatching your order as quickly as possible and in some instances this may be hours.  Once your order has been picked and packed we will not be able to change or cancel the order but once the order has been delivered you will be able to follow our returns policy.

Warranty Information

Essential Information

We stand behind the quality of our products, ensuring they are free from defects. In the unlikely event that an issue arises, we are committed to either replacing or providing a full refund for your purchase.

Please note that all warranty claims must be made within 30 days of your purchase. To initiate a claim, the products must remain unused and available for inspection. We may request photos to better understand and process your claim.

Our shop is hosted by WIX and this platform allows us to sell our products to you.   

Your data is stored through WIX's data storage, databases and the general WIX application.   All data is stored on servers behind firewalls.

  • demographic information 

  • financial and payment details through Stripe which is a payment application provided through WIX

  • Other details related to your shopping experience

MARKETING 

We may send you emails and SMS messages as a way to communicate with you to promote our goods and services.   You may easily request not to receive direct marketing material by selecting the option to unsubscribe which is provided at the bottom of any marketing communications.
